Glastonbury is a magical place, full of multitudes of artists from a vast range of genres – but it’s always been more of an indie festival than a rock event. Even hosting Metallica as headliners hasn’t broken that impression. In 2023, some might think the likes of headliners Guns ‘N Roses or big acts like Royal Blood would be the ones holding the flag highest for heavy music – but instead, it was the mighty Nova Twins. Obviously it was. They’re brilliant.
