The 1975 announce North American tour dates

We love it when they tour, because it's going to be ace and now we're aware of it.
They’ve been touring pretty much non-stop since February, but The 1975 are certainly not done yet – announcing a slew of North American tour dates.

Taking place from October, the jaunt around the continent will see the band play their very first shows in Mexico – just in case they hadn’t gone global enough.

It comes after a string of festival dates in the summer, and will be followed by those mammoth UK arena shows to round off 2016. Then maybe the guys can have a break, catch their breath and all that – but don’t bet it against them that they’ll be back out there in 2017 too.

Their second studio album (Deep Breath… – Ed) ‘I Like It When You Sleep For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It’ smashed the charts on both sides of the Atlantic, debuting at number 1 in the US and UK upon release.

The shows are going to be amazing, so wherever you are in the world – be there.
