A Pavement reunion is “realistic” according to frontman Stephen Malkmus.

Discussing the chances of another return for the legendary indie band with the Rolling Stone Music Now podcast, Malkmus responded: “You know, realistic. Anything’s possible.”

“If there’s interest, then that’s always a factor. If people are really psyched about it, I’d be psyched about it too. So we’ll see,” he continued.

Pavement originally split in 1999 but reunited in 2009 for a reunion tour.
