Adele has announced she’s to headline this year’s Glastonbury festival.
The singer announced the news from stage at this evening’s O2 Arena Show (18th March), with confirmation from Emily Eavis following shortly afterwards. She’ll top the bill on the Saturday night, with Muse playing the Friday and Coldplay closing the event on Sunday.
Glastonbury 2016 takes place between 22nd and 26th June. Other acts to have self confirmed for this year include PJ Harvey.
