Alfie Templeman is round his grandad’s in his new video for ‘Yellow Flowers’

Has anyone mentioned he's only 15 years old?

Alfie Templeman – the 15 year old buzz prodigy – has dropped a video for his new track ‘Yellow Flowers’.

Taken from his debut EP ‘Like An Animal’, which is out now on Chess Club, the wonderkid plays every instrument on the release, putting the whole thing together in his bedroom.

The clip for ‘Yellow Flowers’ was shot by The Marshall Darlings – who have previously worked with the likes of The Magic Gang, Pixx and Gengahr – in Alfie’s hometown-slash-village of Carlton. Filmed in his grandad’s living room, he explains: “Shooting ‘Yellow Flowers’ was such a brilliant experience as I was surrounded with my family at one of my favourite places – my grandad’s home. I think it really captures the image of how I record, that homely and countryside vibe myself and the crew set out for.”

Fresh from featuring in Dork’s Hype List 2019 – our list of all the new artists and bands we’re excited about for the year ahead – you can check out the video for ‘Yellow Flowers’ below.
