Ahh winter is most certainly here, and there’s no better way to soundtrack these dark and blustery months than with brand new numbers from American Football, such as ‘Give Me The Gun’.
The glitchy and plucking swooner is the second track to be unveiled from their upcoming second studio album, the follow up to their iconic 1999 debut – both self-titled. Lead single ‘I’ve Been Lost For So Long’ was unveiled with the album news at the end of last month, and if they’re anything to go by then we could be on to something brilliant.
‘American Football’ (the 2016 version) is set for release on 21st October, and will be supported with a scattering of shows over the next few months – including a night at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire on 11th February.
