ArrDee played ‘Home For My Heart’ at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend – watch

The recorded version of the track saw ArrDee team up with Cat Burns.

There have been festivals all over the UK this weekend. From Live At Leeds In The Park to Wide Awake and Slam Dunk – both North and South legs – there’s barely a park or field not packed with bands dropping bangers.

Not to be left out, Scotland has had its own extravaganza in the form of BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend. Featuring some of the biggest names on the planet, it’s not been short of Dork friendly artists.

‘Home For My Heart’ saw ArrDee team up with Cat Burns. “I’m a hundred, million per cent going into a new lane,” he says when speaking about his new music. “It’s just evolving and expanding. Growing up, I never wanted to be just a rapper. I always wanted to be an artist. Introducing that side of me and going into that lane feels like a big moment for me. I’m excited.”

ArrDee was Dork’s cover for The Cut playlist in March and spoke about making the track and more. You can read all about it here.
