Art School Girlfriend has shared a new single, ‘Heaven Hanging Low’

It's "a queer love song all about finding that celestial and sublime euphoria in your closer, more domesticated surroundings."

Art School Girlfriend, aka Polly Mackey, has released her new single ‘Heaven Hanging Low’, the third track from her upcoming sophomore album ‘Soft Landing’, which is set for release on August 4th.

“These lyrics have a lot of religious imagery, but ‘Heaven Hanging Low’ is actually a queer love song all about finding that celestial and sublime euphoria in your closer, more domesticated surroundings,” Mackey explains.

Mackey has announced that she will embark on a UK tour in November 2023 to support the album’s release. The run will take place across London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Brighton and Cardiff.

The single is accompanied by a video directed by Zak Watson, which you can check out below.
