Kendal Calling has revealed its Thursday lineup, with music legend Nile Rodgers and CHIC headlining the Lake District festival.
Joining them, Black Honey, Gengahr, Rose Gray and Scouting For Girls, alongside a range of acts on the Chai Wallahs stage, including TC & The Groove Family, Will & The People and The Kubricks.
The festival, which takes place from 27th – 30th July, will also feature performances from Kasabian, Royal Blood, Blossoms, Kaiser Chiefs, Rick Astley and Annie Mac.
Co-founders Andy Smith and Ben Robinson expressed their excitement for the event, saying: “After an absolutely stunning festival last year, we cannot wait to get back in those fields! With Kasabian, Royal Blood, Blossoms, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Kaiser Chiefs, Rick Astley, Annie Mac – the line-up is looking absolutely stacked. All we need now is a bit of sun and we’ve got the perfect weekend!”
