Blaenavon release 360 degree video for ‘Orthodox Man’

Debut album 'That's Your Lot' is out next month.
Blaenavon have premiered a rather unorthodox live video for their latest banger ‘Orthodox Man’ ahead of the release of their long awaited debut album ‘That’s Your Lot’ in April.

The video sees the trio performing the track while being filmed with a 360 degree camera which allows you to zoom in on any member to your hearts content. Pretty cool stuff. Oh, and they also shot it while rehearsing in New York. In case you hadn’t noticed Blaenavon are now a very big deal.

“New York was mad,” says frontman Ben. “We got to meet some truly remarkable people and try out some pretty radical technology. We’d just torn Baby’s Alright to pieces. It was 2am, we were shattered and wasted and out came the VR cameras. You will not believe what happens next…”

‘That’s Your Lot’ is released on 7th April and the band’s headline tour starts on 24th March in Brighton winding through the UK before culminating in a release day headline show at London’s Heaven. Check out the clip for ‘Orthodox Man’ below:
