Blossom Caldarone has dropped a brand new track in ‘Girlfriends’

It’s another shimmering tale to add to Blossom’s growing repertoire.

Blossom Caldarone has returned with another gem of a track – ‘Girlfriends.’

Following on from this year’s ‘Less Of A Girl’, ‘Girlfriends’ is another brill story-lead number that shifts from a majestic string-lead number to a shuffling pop bop that we’ll have on repeat for quite a while.

Speaking about the track, Blossom Caldarone said: “Girlfriends is a song based on my experiences with men I am close to, and how their fear of speaking out about their difficult feelings has affected our relationships. It let my ex boyfriend and I down and it’s an issue that doesn’t discriminate; men of every age seem to, and often do, suffer from it’s wrath. Male mental health is a huge problem and one that requires attention and time. Girlfriends is just a story that gives the issue a platform.”
