Blossoms and The Snuts have been added to the line-up for this year’s Reading & Leeds Festivals, after Machine Gun Kelly was forced to pull out due to “restrictions and logistics”.
A statement from the festival explains: ”Due to restrictions and logistics, Machine Gun Kelly is no longer able to perform at #RandL21. Keep an eyes on our website for news of a replacement and other artist announcements!”
Those replacements came pretty quickly, with Blossoms posting that they’re “very excited to announce that we’ll be playing” the festival.
They’ll play the Friday of Leeds and the Sunday of Reading, filling the Main Stage slot previously held by MGK. The Snuts, meanwhile, will play Reading on Friday, Leeds on Saturday.
This year’s Reading & Leeds takes place this weekend, between 27th and 29th August. The likes of Stormzy, Post Malone and Liam Gallagher are set to headline.
