Bombay Bicycle Club have released their Holly Humberstone collab, ‘Diving’

The band's new album is coming in October, and features a number of special guests.

Bombay Bicycle Club have released a new track from their upcoming album, ‘Diving (Feat. Holly Humberstone)’.

‘My Big Day’ is set for release on 20th October, featuring further guest appearances from Damon Albarn, Jay Som, Nilüfer Yanya and a special guest still to be announced.

The record was produced by vocalist/guitarist Jack Steadman at The Church Studios in North London and then back at the band’s own studio, while the new single’s video was directed by Jon Higgs from Everything Everything, and long-time friend Kit Monteith.

Vocalist Jack Steadman says of the new track: “Diving is a song about that summer you have when you’re 15, the memory of which conjures up such a unique feeling. You’re discovering everything for the first time and the world seems as scary and exhilarating as diving off a tall cliff into a lake.”

“Holly is the perfect fit for this song. Her music perfectly captures those feelings of early life, and her voice gives the whole song so much emotion.”
