Camp Bestival is set to go ahead as expected this summer, organisers have revealed.

Curator Rob da Bank has revealed he’s “counting down” the minutes to the event, which is set to take place at Dorset’s Lulworth Castle from 29th July to 1st August this year.

Speaking to BBC News, he revealed: “There is literally nothing [my wife] Josie and I like more in life than standing in a field surrounded by family and friends, dressed in daft outfits dancing to amazing bands and DJs and Mr Tumble. That’s exactly what we plan to be doing at Camp Bestival.”

Honestly, after all of this, we’re looking forward to a bit of Mr Tumble too.

This year’s Camp Bestival line-up includes the likes of Kelis, Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Friendly Fires (pictured), Tim Burgess an Sophie Ellis Bextor. Tickets are on sale now.
