Caroline Polachek has been forced to postpone her Manchester and Bristol shows, due to take place this week, to later dates in May.
The former Chairlift vocalist released her critically acclaimed ‘Desire, I Want To Turn Into You’ album yesterday (14th February) and performed to a sold-out crowd at London’s Eventim Apollo.
However, Polachek has been forced to reschedule her Manchester show, due to take place tonight (15th February), and her Bristol show, scheduled for tomorrow (16th February), due to illness.
Taking to Twitter, the singer wrote, “Manchester & Bristol I’ve been looking forward to these shows for so long, but am heartbroken to find myself sick and unable to sing properly. So in order to do the music justice for you, these two shows are being rescheduled for May. All tickets stay valid!”
