Cate has released a new single, ‘U Want Me’.

Out via Believe and accompanied by a new video too, the track arrives ahead of an October headline tour.

“I wrote U Want Me with my friends Navvy and Josh Wilkinson last summer!” Cate explains. “My friend had just gone through a breakup and I had a similar thing the year before. We were joking that the people we were seeing moved on really quickly but then months later regretted it – where we moved on a bit slower but then never returned to the trenches after that. I’ve never really written a more empowering song than this one – it’s honestly delusional but I think in a nice way. I wanted a song to put my headphones in and strut down the street to, and I feel like this is it.”
