Chairlift to play their “final shows” in spring 2017

Latest album 'Moth' was released earlier this year.
After ten years and three albums together, Chairlift have announced they’ll soon call it a day.

“We wanted to let you know directly that Chairlift will be playing our final shows next spring,” the band explain, “dates to come earlier next year.”

“Patrick will be going on to produce records full-time, and Caroline to make music as a solo artist,” they add. Read the full statement below.

The band’s latest album ‘Moth’ was released earlier this year; it follows on from 2008 debut ‘Does You Inspire You’ and 2012’s ‘Something’.
