Check your ‘Photo ID’ with newcomer Remi Wolf

The pop cocktail of sounds comes with an incredible music video, not bad eh?!

Newcomer Remi Wolf has dropped an absolute sizzler with the release of new number ‘Photo ID’

Full of different influences and bounding about like nobody’s business, ‘Photo ID’ is a gloriously bold piece of pop fun. And we know about pop fun Dear Reader…

Speaking about the track, Remi explains that she “produced ‘Photo ID’ with my friends John Carroll Kirby and Solomonophonic during a week that all I was listening to was Hall & Oates and Talking Heads. I was really inspired by Daryl Hall’s big melodies and the funky strangeness of David Byrne.” Remi also name checks Billy Joel and Erykah Badu within the first seconds of the record: “Billy and Badu, I’ll follow you into any room.”

The track comes completely with an equally as eclectic music video, directed by Agusta Yr.

Following on from the release of recent track ‘Woo!’, it’s a sign that we’re about to hear a whole lot more about Remi Wolf
