Chloe Moriondo has been in session with BBC Radio 1.
Appearing on Future Artists with Jack Saunders, she played three tracks for the show, broadcast earlier tonight (15th March).
Kicking off with the standout track from her previous era ‘I Eat Boys’, she then enlisted fellow Dork faves Alfie Templeman and Thomas Headon to lay down a version of their recent collaborative single ‘Dizzy’. As is customary in these things, she finished up with a cover, delivering her take on The Cranberries’ classic ‘Linger’ – a song she’s previously performed live.
You can check out the full session here – it kicks off at around 1hr 6min in.
Chloe Moriondo announced a new canine-themed EP last week, ‘puppy luv’.
Set to drop on 8th April, the announcement comes alongside new track ‘sammy’, dedicated to her pet dog of the same name.
“‘puppy luv’ is a collection of canine songs that I coincidentally wrote over the past couple years,” Chloe explains. “To me it feels like a playful bite from a tiny puppy that kinda stings a little later. I dedicate it to Sammy my dog!”
The new song comes alongside a video, which you can check out below.
