CHVRCHES have been recording at Berlin’s Hansa Studios

They've been laying down some alternative versions of songs from 'Love Is Dead'.

It only feels like five minutes since CHVRCHES dropped their most recent album ‘Love Is Dead’.

Released over the summer, the former Dork cover-stars’ latest full length continued their regal ascent, packing emotive bangers front to back – but that doesn’t mean they’re finished with it just yet.

Taking to Twitter, the band have revealed they “spent a day in Hansa Studios in Berlin channelling the spirits of Bowie/Depeche Mode/Iggy Pop and recording alternative versions of some tracks from ‘Love Is Dead’”.

Hansa is a famed studio, established in 1974, famed for being the place where works including Bowie’s ‘Low’ and ‘Heroes’ and Iggy Pop’s ‘Lust For Life’ were recorded

Meanwhile, CHVRCHES are promising more details “soon”. Check out the tweet below.
