Cosmo Sheldrake has announced a new EP, ‘Wild Wet World’

It's set to arrive this April.

Cosmo Sheldrake is set to dive into a new EP ‘Wild Wet World’ with preview track ‘Bathed In Sound’.

The new release, which arrives after his 2020 album ‘Wake Up Calls’, is composed entirely of field recordings of marine life and environments.

Sheldrake has described ‘Bathed In Sound’ as “a song about trying to imagine myself as a whale floating in the ocean, immersed in a liquid medium full of sound, surrounded by plankton and the immense wild wetness of the ocean.”

A percentage of the publishing royalties from this track will be donated to ‘The Earth’ as part of Brian Eno’s Earth Percent The Earth as Your Co-Writer scheme. The scheme enables artists to set up ‘The Earth’ as a songwriter and recipient of music royalties on specific tracks.

Cosmo Sheldrake’s new EP ‘Wild Wet World’ is out 26 April via Tardigrade Records
