Cardiff six-piece CVC have continued to unveil their upcoming debut album, ‘Get Real’, with the new single, ‘Sophie’.
It is the fourth single to be shared from the LP, following previous cuts ‘Docking The PAy’, ‘Winston’, and ‘Good Morning Vietnam’. It is set to arrive in full on January 13th via Secretly Distribution, and follows their July EP, ‘Real to Reel’.
On the new track, CVC have shared: “[Sophie] is a love letter to Nania [Jones, keyboardist]l’s wonderful girlfriend, and about how she can sing; the whole sing, and nothing but the sing – but won’t sing in front of the band. The closest we ever got was the spoken-word intro she gave us for this tune.”
