Deb Never has kicked off her 2021 with a brand new track, ‘Someone Else’

  • Stephen Ackroyd
  • January 20, 2021

Promising newcomer Deb Never has kicked off her 2021 with a brand new track, ‘Someone Else’.

Written and recorded in London, where she hot tailed to for five months of writing in the middle of last year after hitting a creative dry spell in LA isolation, it’s produced by Jam City (Kelela, Bad Gyal, Troye Sivan) and longtime collaborator turned housemate Michael Percy.

Following up on acclaimed Bandcamp-only quarantine project ‘Intermission’, it comes after a run of 2020 dates supporting The 1975 at their huge Finsbury park show and Mura Masa on tour were pulled due to COVID-19.

You can check out ‘Someone Else’ below.
