At the start of 2020, The Big Moon were on a charge. For a start off, they were on the cover of Dork, dropping their second album ‘Walking Like We Do’ – a work that took their debut’s fizzing energy and wrote it even bigger and bolder. There were big plans afoot. And then the pandemic happened.

Two and a bit years later, the quartet are back with third full-length ‘Here Is Everything’. In the time between, personal lives have changed, bonds have been made stronger, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the brilliance of their music. That’s why we’re delighted to reveal The Big Moon as our final cover act for our November 2022 edition, set to debut on Friday, 14th October. Pre-order a copy now, and get it delivered directly to your door.

You can pre-order The Big Moon’s edition of Dork right now here, or subscribe and get the print edition sent directly to your door every month here. You can also pre-order the previously announced Cavetown edition here, our Kim Petras variant here, Inhaler’s cover here and our ENNY fronted variant here. We’ll be revealing the full line-up and dropping the issue digitally at 10am tomorrow, Friday 14th October..

If you like what we do, we’re making available a section of the site for those who wish to support us by signing up to a new monthly or annual subscription package. Different from our previous print-only subscriptions, the Dork Supporters scheme allows you to get early access to all our print content in digital form as soon as the issue launches, read digital versions of every single edition of Dork right back to issue 1, and get occasional exclusive extras too. You can sign up for digital-only or digital + print packages, which will give you immediate access. You can find more information here.

And don’t worry if you’re not signing up. You’ll still get everything you did before, as digital versions of our print content unlock to be read free of charge throughout the month. Enjoy!
