Dream Wife’s new version of ‘Hey Heartbreaker’ is both shiny and brilliant

Their debut is due in a matter of weeks, but this trio are showing no signs of letting up.
We’re only a matter of weeks from the release of Dream Wife’s self-titled debut album.

Dropping on the 26th January, we’d not be letting too much slip if we were to say it was one of the most exciting, shake-to-wake banger-fests on the agenda for early 2018. If you need proof, we’ve got it.

Last night, the trio dropped in to Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, where Daniel P Carter was standing in. There, they delivered the re-worked, re-heated, absolutely-bloody-brilliant new version of ‘Hey Heartbreaker’ as the first Hottest Record of the year.

Just as spine shakingly fantastic as before, but with added shiny edges, you can check it out below.

We talked to Dream Wife about their debut album at the back end of 2017. You can read that here, and expect more in the new issue of Dork out later this month.
