Dry Cleaning have announced their debut album, ‘New Long Leg’

Coming this April, it's previewed by a brand new single, 'Strong Feelings'.

Dry Cleaning have announced their debut album, ‘New Long Leg’.

Recorded over two weeks last summer in rural Wales with producer John Parish (PJ Harvey, Aldous Harding), it follows on from 2019’s EPs ‘Boundary Road Snacks and Drinks’ and ‘Sweet Princess’. “The title is ambiguous,” vocalist Florence Shaw explains. “A new long leg could be an expensive present or a growth or a table repair.”

Set for release on 2nd April, it’s previewed by a brand new single, ‘Strong Feelings’. Shaw says, “it’s about secretly being in love with someone who doesn’t know it, and Brexit’s disruptive role in romantic relationships.”

Obviously, yeah?
