Dua Lipa has been unveiled as Mermaid Barbie in the upcoming Greta Gerwig Barbie movie. The film, starring Margot Robbie as the toy icon, has also revealed its full cast.
The star-studded list of actors playing variations on Barbie and Ken includes Emma Mackey, Alexandra Shipp, Kate McKinnon, Hari Nef, Simu Liu, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Ncuti Gatwa and Scott Evans and more.
And that’s not all. As well as being part of the movie’s cast, Dua is believed to be recording several new tracks for the soundtrack, and is reportedly laying down the theme song.
