Ellie Goulding has delayed her new album ‘Higher Than Heaven’

As a thank you for her fans' patience and understanding, Goulding revealed the name of her new single, 'Like A Saviour'.

Ellie Goulding has delayed her new album ‘Higher Than Heaven’.

The record was originally set to be released on 3rd February, but has now been pushed back to 24th March. Goulding took to Instagram to share the news with her fans and thank them for their patience.

In the post, Goulding said, “To my incredible fans- I’m sorry to announce that we’re delaying the release of ‘Higher Than Heaven’ to March 24. I know you’ve all been so patient with me but we’ve had some exciting opportunities appear behind the scenes which I cannot wait to share with you in due course.”

As a thank you for their patience and understanding, Goulding revealed the name of her new single, ‘Like A Saviour’. She also mentioned that they had recently filmed a music video, as well as adding “we also shot something really exciting this past weekend that’ll come around the album’s release. More on that very soon.”

The album will be Goulding’s follow-up to her 2020 album ‘Brightest Blue’. She has been working with a number of acclaimed producers on the album, including Greg Kurstin (Sia, Maggie Rogers, Elton John), Jessie Shatkin (Charli XCX, Years & Years), Koz (Sam Ryder, Madonna, Dua Lipa) and Andrew Wells (Halsey, Yungblud).
