Empress Of and Perfume Genius have dropped their previously teased ‘collab’.
Teased as a Perfume Genius cover of Empress Of’s ‘When I’m With Him’, it features the latter on backing vocals, with the original’s co-producer Jim-E Stack also in on the action.
Slanted in an altogether different way to the version on Empress Of’s 2018 album ‘Us’ – it’s gone from synthpop jam to a fragile slow burner – you can check it out in full below.
