ENNY has released a new single, ‘Champagne Problems’, alongside a stylized and community-driven video accompaniment.
The track is her first release since April’s Mychelle collaboration, ‘Forbidden Fruit’. It is produced by Beat Butcha and Tala, but focuses on ENNY’s personal lyrics while spreading them across an enchanting instrumental.
Speaking on her new single, ENNY says: “The problems I’ve had this year aren’t last year’s problems but they’re problems nevertheless. I call them ‘Champagne Problems’ because they are definitely the problems I would’ve rather had two years ago. With this track, it’s nice to just get back to freestyling and rapping as an art.”
The song has arrived alongside a black-and-white music video that remains grounded in the rapper’s local community of Thamesmead, South London. It was directed by Jean-Sébastien and provides the release with striking visual representation.
