Ezra Furman has rescheduled this month’s Brixton show, citing “a family matter”

"We promise to make it a really special show," Furman says of the new date.
Ezra Furman’s upcoming London show been postponed from later this month to September.



“Due to a family matter we have to reschedule the O2 Academy Brixton show on the 23rd May,” Furman explains on Facebook. “The new date will be the 4th September. All tickets remain valid. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.



“I hate to be so vague about these things but this is a personal matter that should stay private. We cannot make it to play on that date and we gotta reschedule. You, our fans mean so much to us and we appreciate your support so much – it has brought our band to the amazing level we are at today.



“We promise to make it a really special show when we come back on September 4th.”
