Fake Laugh has shared new track ‘Surrounded’ ahead of his support tour with The Japanese House

Fake Laugh – aka Kamran Khan – has shared his new track ‘Surrounded’.

Out on 15th March, it’s part of a double A-side with ‘Honesty’, and arrives to coincide with his support tour with The Japanese House.

Kam says of the track’s video: “My girlfriend Klara leant me a small video recorder at the beginning of last summer, so I was collecting footage for about 3 months. It was quite a lovely time, which featured a fair amount of ping-ponging between Berlin and London, playing a few shows with various friends from both places and doing some recording.

“I was going to get a friend to edit it, but just ended up doing it myself on iMovie, which was quite fun if a bit strange. It’s a bit of a funny task putting together all this footage of yourself, although I suppose people are fairly used to that sort of self-editing process these days. I tried to make it a bit abstract too though, it was fun to sync the images with the rhythms and arrangement of the song.”
