Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins announces debut solo album

  • Dork News Desk
  • November 1, 2016
Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins is set to release his first solo album later this month.

Having already played in a whole bunch of side-projects between Foo Fighters albums, he’ll release a six-track ‘mini-LP’ titled ‘KOTA’ on November 11th.

Playing nearly every instrument on the record, as well as providing the vocals, it’s described as “Queen on a skateboard” and “a short, sweet series of vignettes, but one that still strives to honor the tradition of Blur’s Parklife and The Kinks’ Are The Village Green Preservation Society.”

Obviously, right?

You can check out opening track ‘Range Rover Bitch’ below.
