Foo Fighters to headline Roskilde 2017

They join Angel Olsen, Jenny Hval and loads more.
Foo Fighters have been confirmed as headliners for next year’s Roskilde, marking their first time playing the Denmark festival since 2005.

They join a bill that already stars Moderat/Modeselektor, Trentemøller, Afenginn, Angel Olsen, G-Eazy, Gangly, Hieroglyphic Being, Jenny Hval, Of Mice & Men, Marching Church, Mats Gustafsson’s Nu Ensemble ”Hidros Zap”, Pig Destroyer, 67 and Romperayo.

“Foo Fighters is undoubtedly one of the biggest rock bands in the world, and we have wanted them back for a long time,” says Head of Programme Anders Wahrén. “We’re thrilled that it finally panned out so we can welcome them back to Roskilde Festival for their only Scandinavian show next summer.”

The event will take place from 24th June – 1st July in Denmark, with tickets on sale now.
