Frank Ocean is suing ‘Blonde’ producer Om’Mas Keith

Ocean's lawsuit is reported to claim that Keith is seeking songwriting credits for tracks on 2016's 'Blonde' album which he did not help write.
Frank Ocean is suing longtime collaborator Om’Mas Keith, according to TMZ.

Ocean’s lawsuit is reported to claim that Keith is seeking songwriting credits for tracks on 2016’s ‘Blonde’ album which he did not help write.

The allegations say that Keith has registered with royalty payment organisation ASCAP for a number of tracks on ‘Blonde’, including ‘Nights’, ‘Pink + White’ and ‘Ivy’. They go on to claim that Keith was hired for a flat rate in 2014 to produce tracks on the record, and thus didn’t contribute to songwriting. The suit is intended to bock Keith from getting those songwriting credits.
