Franz Ferdinand, Manic Street Preachers, Circa Waves and a whole load more are playing Kendal Calling 2017

Slaves, Loyle Carner, Fickle Friends, Blaenavon and a bunch more are all on the bill too.
Kendal Calling has announced its first batch of bands for 2017.



Stereophonics, Manic Street Preachers, Franz Ferdinand, Brian Wilson and Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls have been revealed as headliners for this year’s event, with Frightened Rabbit, Jake Bugg, Seasick Steve, Editors, Circa Waves and Slaves also on the bill.



In addition, there’s room for Loyle Carner, Lethal Bizzle, The Coral, The Hunna, Nothing But Thieves, Kate Nash, Shame, Jungle and Faithless in the initial announcement, as well as Field Music, Fickle Friends, Honeyblood, Palace, Little Comets, Blaenavon, The Pale White, Eat Fast, Bad Sounds, Soshe, Reverend And The Makers, Freak, Man & The Echo, Bossy Love, White, The Shimmer Band, Fews, Ardyn, Dead! and The Lancashire Hot Pots.

Kendal Calling takes place in Lowther Deer Park in the Lake District, between 27th and 30th July. Tickets go on sale this Friday, 27th January.
