Friendly Fires have dropped their first new banger in ages, ‘Love Like Waves’

They're back, and they still bang.
Friendly Fires have kicked off the second phase of their big comeback, dropping a brand new single.

Titled ‘Love Like Waves’, it follows a five year hiatus from recorded music for the trio, following up on their self-titled, Mercury nominated debut and 2011 follow up ‘Pala’.

The song comes on the same night Friendly Fires play London’s O2 Academy Brixton, which they sold out in a matter of hours. It comes ahead of a summer of festivals including All Points East, TRNSMT, Truck and Festival No.6, amongst others.

You can check out ‘Love Like Waves’ – quite obviously a banger of epic proportions – below, and read our review here.
