Future Islands have shared a brand new song, ‘For Sure’.
Featuring backing vocals by Jenn Wasner of Wye Oak, it’s the first new material from the band since 2018’s Adult Swim Single ‘Calliope’, and 2017’s ‘The Far Field’ album.
Since then, the band have been mostly engaged in solo endeavours, including frontman Samuel T. Herring’s hip-hop alias Hemlock Ernst, under which he released a new album last year.
