Future Islands have shared their brand new track, ‘Born In A War’

Complete with a new video, it’s the latest revealed from upcoming album ‘As Long As You Are’

Future Islands have debuted a brand new track with ‘Born In A War’

Complete with an animated video created by father-son duo Wayne and Woodrow White – it’s a charged number that sits as the latest to be revealed from upcoming album ‘As Long As You Are’, set for release this Friday (October 9th)

To mark the release Future Islands will be doing all sorts. Literally.

First, the band will launch a special ‘As Long As You Are Listening, Together’ website where fans can get the change to listen to the upcoming album early. The website will detect a person’s geographic location and when enough people from the same area are online at the same time – the album will become unlocked for fans to listen together in real-time. Nice.

Future Islands will also play a special live-streamed show on album release day itself, in what will be the band’s only live performance of 2020. ‘A Stream Of You And Me’ will feature a one-off light show and more, with tickets available here

See. All sorts!

Until all of that, check out ‘Born In A War’ below
