Garbage announce new album ‘Strange Little Birds’

The follow up to 2012's 'Not Your Kind Of People' will be released this June.
Garbage have announced details of a new album.

‘Strange Little Birds’ is the follow up to 2012’s ‘Not Your Kind Of People’, and is set for release on June 10th via the band’s own STUNVOLUME label.

The record comes alongside a UK and European tour, and is compared by frontwoman Shirley Manson to their 1995 self-titled debut, which the band took on a twentieth anniversary jaunt last year.

“To me, this record, funnily enough, has the most to do with the first record than any of the previous records,” she explained. “It’s getting back to that beginner’s headspace.”
