Get your throats a-moving with ‘Swallow Me’, the new number from The Ninth Wave

  • Dork News Desk
  • April 9, 2018
Bringing their own unique flair into frame, The Ninth Wave are on course to well and truly cause quite the stir – with new number ‘Swallow Me’ ripping its own path.

Packed with that unstoppable fever and drive that has poured through the band’s output to date, it’s a scorching and confident swagger into their next chapter – demanding you to sit up and pay attention to the chilling world they’re creating with their anthemic noir cuts.

The band explain the track as “about being used and is based around an observation of a dysfunctional relationship and the damage caused. For the victim, the realisation of the situation they are in is hard to swallow.”

It comes nicely ahead of the band’s new EP ‘Never Crave Attention’, set for release on April 20th and already packing the previously unveiled ‘New Kind Of Ego’. They’ll kick things into gear right after, with festival sets at Live At Leeds, Sound City and The Great Escape coming up and a headline run in-between which sees them checking into London’s Shacklewell Arms on May 16th.

Spin ‘Swallow Me’ below, with their full upcoming dates just after the jump,
