Glasgow up-and-comers The Dunts have dropped their new single, ‘Dimitri’

The track was produced by Johnny from Baby Strange.
Glasgow band The Dunts are back with a new single.

‘Dimitri’ is two-and-a-half minutes of defiant, bratty guitars taken from the band’s upcoming EP ‘Not Working Is Class’, due for release via Pulling Teeth Records on 24th November.

“With inspiration taken from counter culture figures like Terrence McKenna and Alan Watts, ‘Dimitri’ is a punchy punk take on the psychedelic experience,” the band explain. “A lyrical journey detailing the ecstasy and spiritual stimulation of entheogens. From the come up, to the peak, to an amnesiac ending.”

The track was produced by Johnny Madden of Baby Strange and Chris Marshall, and follows previously released single ‘Coalition Of Chaos’.

Listen to ‘Dimitri’ below.

Catch The Dunts live at St Luke’s in Glasgow on 1st December (supporting Tijuana Bibles), and at King Tuts Wah Wah Hut on 6th January.
