Glastonbury 2023 confirm Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Elton John as headliners

  • Siobhain O'Connor
  • March 3, 2023

Glastonbury Festival have today confirmed the long-speculated headliners for their 2023 event. Arctic Monkeys, Guns N’ Roses and Elton John will headline on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights respectively on Pyramid Stage.

Sharing the first line-up post for this year’s festival, the news also confirms loads of acts who perform across the weekend of 21st – 25th June 2023 in Worthy Farm, Somerset.

Artists confirmed to perform across the weekend include Lana Del Rey, Lizzo, Aitch, Alt-J, Carly Rea Jepson, Cat Burns, Christine and The Queens, Chvrches, Flo, Fred Again, Lewis Capaldi, Måneskin, Nova Twins, Rina Sawayama, Weyes Blood and Wizkid to name but a few.

Yusuf Islam has been confirmed for the Sunday afternoon legends slot. But with Blondie taking to the stage directly after, some have noticed that it pretty much equates to a double slot.

Also confirmed today is the news that the John Peel stage will be renamed to the Woodsies Stage, representing the area of the site where the stage is located.

Tickets are (as always) totally sold out. But with deposits due to be paid in April, a limited number of cancelled or returned tickets will go on sale.

You can check out the full line-up poster below.
