Green Day have pulled the first few dates of their US tour “due to illness affecting several members of the band and its crew.”
Three of their first four shows have been postponed, with the other cancelled:
SEPTEMBER
20 St. Louis, MO – postponed
21 Chicago, IL – postponed
23 Toronto, ONT – cancelled
24 Detroit, MI – postponed
“We’re so sad to announce we have to postpone three shows and cancel Toronto,” say the band. “Many of us have been battling this infection for days on end to be ready, and it just got the best of us”
The band are currently touring in support of their upcoming album, ‘Revolution Radio’, due on 7th October.
