Grimes has dropped a brand new track, ‘4ÆM’.
Debuted at The Game Awards on Thursday night, it’ll appear on the soundtrack to Cyberpunk 2077, the forthcoming game starring Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, lead singer of the in-game band SAMURAI, who will perform music brought to life by Swedish punks Refused.
As well as contributing the new song, like all artists appearing in the game, Grimes will also voice a character, in her case “cybernetic pop megastar” Lizzy Wizzy.
Other acts appearing on the soundtrack include Run the Jewels, ASAP Rocky, Gazelle Twin, Ilan Rubin, Richard Devine, Nina Kraviz, Deadly Hunta, Rat Boy, and Tina Guo.
Grimes is preparing to release new album ‘Miss_Anthrop0cene.’ this April. You can check out ‘4ÆM’, and that live performance, below.
