Here’s Death From Above’s brand new single ‘Freeze Me’

It's an ice cold banger.
Death From Above have debuted their brand new single ‘Freeze Me’.

The duo have been teasing the track for a couple of days. After a teaser video yesterday, flexi disc singles started appearing with fans. Now, the full thing has received a first spin on MistaJam’s BBC Radio 1 show as his Hottest Record.

They’ve also promised that “it will not be 10 years” – but “it won’t be 10 minutes either” – until their next record. They’re “playing it by ear” when it comes to the follow up to 2014’s ‘The Physical World’, basically.

Apparently, they’ve also decided to drop the ‘1979’ from their name. They added the numbers back in 2004 after a legal dispute with James Murphy’s label DFA.

Check out ‘Freeze Me’ here.
