Inhaler have dropped a video for ‘If You’re Gonna Break My Heart’ – watch

The track is taken from their second album 'Cuts and Bruises'

Inhaler have shared a new video for ‘If You’re Gonna Break My Heart’.

The track is taken from the Irish group’s second album ‘Cuts and Bruises’ and follows singles ‘Love Will Get You There’ and ‘These Are They Days’.

The video takes influence from Spaghetti Westerns and uses AI tech. Fans were asked to generate AI imagery via the band’s discord as part of the tease for the visual being released.

The band explain how  ‘If You’re Gonna Break My Heart’ was inspired, “Whilst on tour in America last year we were listening to a lot of music by some of the great American writers such as Bob Dylan, The Band, Bruce Springsteen etc. Listening to these artists while travelling on big open highways resonated with us and helped shape this song into making us sound more like a live band than we had before.”

On the live front, Inhaler will soon join Arctic Monkeys on their European tour ahead of playing their biggest UK headline shows to date at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse (19th May), London’s Brixton Academy (20th May) ahead of their first appearance at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend event in Dundee on 28th May. Summer will see them support Harry Styles at Slane Castle in Ireland and Sam Fender at St James Park as well as performing at TRNSMT and Reading & Leeds festival.
