Inhaler have released a cover of Kavinsky’s ‘Nightcall’

Available as a b-side on limited edition vinyl from 12th December.

Inhaler have released their cover of Kavinsky’s ‘Nightcall’.

The track was recorded during the band’s visit to Australia in June for Triple J’s Like A Version segment. Now, it will also feature as a b-side to the limited edition ‘Hole In The Ground’ 7” available from 12th December via Polydor Records.

Frontman Elijah Hewson shared insights into their decision to cover the track, saying, “I think because it was on a movie soundtrack, that kind of felt different to covering just a normal pop song. So that made us kind of lean into it a bit.”

‘Nightcall’ follows the recent release of the single ‘Hole In The Ground’. Produced by Kid Harpoon at Abbey Road Studios, the track was released ahead of Inhaler’s sold-out show at the Royal Albert Hall on Halloween. ‘Hole In The Ground’ is the first new music from the band since their third album ‘Open Wide’ in February.
