It looks like Gorillaz are adding another Demon Dayz warmup to their schedule.
With two shows already announced – one this Friday (2nd June) in St Albans, and another on Sunday (4th June) in Portsmouth – if you pay attention to chatter on Twitter, it appears they’re now playing a third, at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on 8th June. They’ll then go on to play their Demon Dayz festival in Margate on Saturday, 10th June.
Fans appear to have already received emails offering pre-sale access, with tickets only coming in at a Really Very Reasonable £5 a go.
The email reads: “Gorillaz are taking over O2 Academy Brixton on 8th June and because you recently bought tickets – you’re the first to know. They want you there to get a sneak peek of their Demon Dayz Margate show 2 days before it happens. Should you wish to be there, your unique code is below.
Tickets for this last minute Brixton show are priced at £5 each (plus fees) and go on sale on Wednesday, 31st May at 9:00 am BST. Please note that ticket availability is limited and we expect high demand, so act fast.
