Jack Antonoff signs up Grimes, Lady Gaga, St. Vincent, Britney Spears and more to fight against Texas anti-LGBTQ legislation

It's a who's who of music.
If music had an Avengers, Jack Antonoff just played Nick Fury and threw up the signal.

Gathering a stellar batch of musicians and ‘celebs’, the Bleachers man / birrova-pop-genius has sent an open letter to Texas lawmakers, notifying them that the creative community is “deeply troubled” by legislation targetting the LGBTQ community.

Specifically mentioning bills that would prevent transgender persons using the bathroom that aligns with their gender identity, or that would force teachers to out students to their parents, the letter is signed by Grimes, Lady Gaga, St. Vincent, Janelle Monáe, Bon Iver, Laura Jane Grace, Britney Spears, Carly Rae Jepsen, Carrie Brownstein, Chvrches, Tegan & Sara, Kesha, Mark Ronson, Ariana Grande, PWR BTTM, Paramore, Rostam Batmanglij, Shamir and a whole load of other stellar names.
